Member Portal
The member portal is the self-service area where your organisation's members sign in to manage their own membership — no carer or admin access required. It lives at /portal on your organisation's subdomain (for example your-org.wildtrack360.com.au/portal).
:::info Part of Membership & Payments The portal is part of the opt-in Membership & Payments platform. If the platform isn't enabled for your organisation, the portal isn't available. Members sign in with their own email address. :::

Membership & donations
Members can join or change a tier, seeing each tier's price, billing interval, and benefit checklist before choosing. They can also make one-off or recurring donations and manage or cancel any recurring membership or donation themselves.
When paying, members can tick cover the fees so the organisation receives the full intended amount — the small extra is shown clearly before they confirm. See Cover-the-fees.
Impact dashboard
The Impact page (/portal/impact) shows members the difference their support makes:
- Organisation-wide care stats — animals cared for, animals released back to the wild, number of species helped, and how many are in care right now.
- Animals released this financial year, with a "recently returned to the wild" list.
- The member's own contribution — supporter-since date and total donated.
This gives members a tangible reason to renew and to keep supporting your organisation.
Digital membership card
The Membership card page (/portal/card) gives each member a branded digital card showing their name, tier, membership number, and validity, plus a scannable QR code that identifies the member (handy for event check-in). The page includes add-to-home-screen guidance so members can keep the card one tap away on their phone.
Members on a household tier and members who receive a gift membership each get their own card; gifted cards display "A gift from …".
Household memberships
A member on a household / family tier can add and remove secondary household members from the Membership area. Each person added signs in with their own email, self-claims their place in the household, and gets their own active status and digital card — all covered by the one family membership. See Household memberships.
Receipts & EOFY tax statements
Every payment produces a receipt the member can download. At the end of the Australian financial year (1 July – 30 June), members can generate a consolidated tax-deductible donation statement from the payments page and print or save it as a PDF — no need to email the office. See EOFY tax statements.
News & messages
- News — organisation announcements published by admins appear in the member's News feed. The first time a post is published it's also emailed.
- Messages — direct messages from the organisation arrive in the member's inbox, with an unread badge so nothing is missed. Messages can be personalised by the organisation using merge tokens.
See Member communications for the admin side.
Becoming a carer
Members who'd like to volunteer as wildlife carers can express interest from /portal/carer. The application goes to admins, who triage it and, if approved, guide the member into full carer onboarding. See Member → carer interest.
